Return policy
Due to the perishable nature of our bakes we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with you order please email us at info@coopersbakes.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
When will I receive my order?
Select your shipping date in your cart, this is the date your order will be posted via your chosen delivery method. If you qualify for free local delivery, this date will be when your items are delivered.
How do I book Cooper's for an event?
Contact us using our contact form or email info@coopersbakes.co.uk with the date and location of your event and we will work with you to create the perfect sweet treat.
Allergies and Intolerances
No nut products are used in our bakes however, due to the small kitchen although every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we can not guarantee that our products contain no traces of nuts.
We are able to create gluten free brownies and bites, if this is something you require please email info@coopersbakes.co.uk
